The Boeing Company is seeking Structural Analysis Engineers to join our Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) team in Berkeley, MO. BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level, Associate, and Mid-Level Structural Analysis Engineers. Position Responsibilities: Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the system design Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance Develops test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements Develops analytical processes/tools to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort Investigates emerging technologies to develop future product designs to meet projected requirements This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Experience in design or test and evaluation engineering Currently reside in OR are you willing to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 2: 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Minimum 3.0 GPA and/or experience with previous internships Experience with a CAD software or drafting software tool Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
