We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our sales efforts.

Job Description:

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative in metal fabrications, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our metal fabrication services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metal fabrication market. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support and solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our metal fabrication processes, capabilities, and product offerings to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and target specific industries.
- Market Research: Support market analysis to identify trends, identify customer needs, and map the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Quoting and Proposals: Support the preparation of accurate quotes and proposals based on client specifications and requirements. Coordinate with factory management to negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and forecasts.
- You will report to the Vice President of Sales of The Reserve Group.

 


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience preferred, ideally within the metal fabrication or manufacturing industry.

- New college graduates are welcome to apply. For the right candidate, we offer training.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Must have a “hunter” attitude.
- Ability to learn CRM software quickly and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Must have a learning, flexible attitude, able to receive recommendations and instructions.

- Base salary of $50,000 - $80,000 with performance-based commission structure.
