Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Fiserv DNA Core Banking L2 Application Support SME to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Role: Fiserv DNA Core Banking L2 Application Support SME Location: The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client's location in Troy MI. Must Have Skills: Experience as a Fiserv DNA Core Banking L2 Application Support SME Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and minimum 1+ years of experience in Product - Fiserv DNA

• Associate has to be strong in one of the skillset - Mainframe or .Net
• Experience and knowledge in Banking domain
• Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence
• Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking (Preferred: Fiserv DNA)
• Knowledge in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic troubleshooting by referring logs)
• Retail Banking experience is mandatory
• COTS product or product knowledge in Fiserv DNA
• Good communication skills, strong production support experience in managing and adhering to SLA

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
