About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director of People Operations to lead and support the development of its global people processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of people operations, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience and ensuring operational excellence across international offices. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about systemizing the employee experience, driving process improvements, and is adept at bringing order to ambiguity. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, curating and implementing policies that align with business needs and company culture, and evolving the use of people systems, AI, and automation to enhance the employee experience. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in people operations, with at least 5 years' in a management capacity. A strong background in all areas of people operations, including payroll, compliance, benefits, and employee relations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and a strong interest in using technology to improve the employee experience. Experience working with North American and UK cultural norms and legal frameworks is required, and knowledge of specific HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
