Overview:

Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a Dental Practice Integrations Associate Manager to join our high-growth and fast-paced dental services organization (DSO). This position will be responsible for assisting the integrations team in onboarding new practice acquisitions. Responsibilities:
  • Support the integrations process for newly acquired SDP dental practices, with a primary focus on executing on the administrative components of the integration (eg, data collection and analysis, management of permits, applications, and changes of ownership, vendor management, inventory collection, etc.)
  • Partner closely with various SDP functions, including Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations, during the integrations process.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for newly acquired dental practices and for other SDP team members.
  • Other duties as assigned to support various functions within the business including but not limited to talent acquisition, human resources, and accounts payable.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a dental office
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Ability to train staff members and dentists on new technologies and operational process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment that is growing through acquisition.
  • Ability to travel extensively to practice locations within the southeastern United States, up to 50 percent
