We are seeking a Master Welder Fabricator to become an integral part of our team! The Master Welder Fabricator will use specialized equipment to weld metal forms.

Responsibilities:

• Must be Able to Do Your Own Layouts

• English Speaking is Required, but Spanish Bilingual is a Plus

• Responsible for Supervising Other Welder Fabricators on Crew - Both In House and in the Field

• Must be Able to Run a Crew and Provide Guidance When Needed.

• Overtime and Weekends are Required When Needed

• Industrial Repair Welding Experience is an Absolute Necessity

• Perform welding duties using MIG, TIG, Brazing with all types of materials .

• Weld steel components with welding equipment as specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions.

• Work includes set-up, laying out work using jigs/fixtures or hand layouts to fabricate parts.

• Candidate must be competent on doing layouts and dimensions, as well as possess strong communication skills.

• Work with fitters or fitters/welders to assist in the fabrication or welding of multi-component parts.

• Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the jobs needs.

• Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work orders.

• Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.

• Perform a variety of complicated tasks, as required.

• Install and repair various equipment and components

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be reliable - this is an absolute necessity!

Other Requirements:

• Field work is required
• Must be willing to work weekends and overtime when needed.
• Majority of work is done in mining and aggregate facilities.
• Must be able to work day or swing shift as needed
• Must be self-motivated and hard working.
• Prior experience with quarries/mines/aggregate facilities and industrial repairs is a huge plus
• Salaried Position - $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 Annually Based on Experience
• Candidate Will be Subjected to a Paid Probationary Period to Ensure they are Qualified for this Position
• Additional Merit Bonuses are Available at Management's Discretion
