One of Denver’s largest privately owned real estate firms is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join their team! The Transaction Coordinator position is very active covering a variety of things each day. The role comes with great responsibility and requires an individual that is both organized and motivated.
Job duties include:
Transaction calendar coordination and management
Manage and maintain listings on various sites
Manage and assist in preparation of Buyer and Seller presentations
Preparation of contracts, listing agreements, LOI's, proposal and letters
Client and vendor communication before, during and after transactions
Track and manage all closing documents to ensures files are compliant
Prepare confidential and sensitive documentation and correspondence
Create miscellaneous reports and other materials per broker requests
Collaboration with the marketing department on creative efforts
Create/coordinate/manage brochures, mailings, email broadcasts, presentations, and property tour books
Creation and management of press releases
Requirements:
Administrative support experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
Advanced level MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Real Estate background, real estate license a plus (either inactive or active)
Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be available to work fixed hours with some after-hours flexibility
This is a full time in-office position.
Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
