Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and proactive individual to support our team in the areas of transaction coordination and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, punctual, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Coordination :
Manage the lifecycle of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Ensure timely communication with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors.
Keep track of important deadlines and ensure all documents are completed and submitted on time.
Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and other transaction-related documents.
Ensure all legal and regulatory aspects are addressed
Ensure all contracts adhere to local real estate laws and regulations, including proper disclosures and documentation.
Identify potential risks within contracts and work to mitigate them through clear language and appropriate clauses.
Coordinating inspections, appraisal, and title searches.
Administrative Tasks :
Provide general administrative support, including calendar management and organizing meetings.
Maintain client records and files in an organized manner.
Manage our CRM auto plans and update client information daily.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries as needed.
Key Qualifications :
Legal Knowledge : Understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations
Negotiation Skills : Ability to effectively negotiate contract terms on behalf of clients
Punctuality : Must be dependable and demonstrate consistent attendance and timeliness.
Quick Learner : Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, software, and systems.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
People Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Team Player : Collaborative attitude and willingness to support and help others on the team.
Leadership Potential : Ability to take initiative and eventually lead projects or tasks as the role evolves.
Organization : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to Learn : A passion for self-improvement and growth within industry.

High School Diploma required
Texas Real Estate License and 2+ years’ experience
