We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Title Clerk in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Title Clerk, you will play a key role in processing incoming deals for vehicles sold through various channels. You will be responsible for managing all documents required for title and registration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Ensure all necessary documents for title and registration are maintained and processed.
• Monitor and process deals electronically and order titles on all deals.
• Verify the accuracy and completion of all titles before mailing, ensuring they are filled out and signed off correctly.
• Collaborate with the titling agency to confirm that deals contain complete information.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and internal stakeholders, providing necessary information and resolution.
• Research recorded liens as necessary.
• Resolve any red alert or on hold transactions effectively.
• Handle the registration process and forms accurately and efficiently.
• Use accounting software systems and CRM for effective management of accounts.
• Maintain customer confidentiality, including PID information.
• Work independently and as a team member to ensure smooth operations.• Proficiency in using Abila MIP software
• Familiarity with various accounting software systems
• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of CRM
• Understanding of accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to answer inbound calls efficiently
• Experience in check processing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the registration process
• Ability to handle registration forms effectively.
