We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team within the high-tech manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting, and will excel at business partnering to support decision-making processes. This critical role will provide valuable insights and contribute to the financial success of the organization. This role pays $90 - 100K + 15% bonus and they are on a hybrid 3 day in office schedule. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze financial data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop variance analysis and reporting tools to track financial performance.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Lead annual budgeting processes and create rolling forecasts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and prepare detailed financial plans.
  • Monitor spending and projects to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
  1. Accounting Functions
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Help ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant local regulations.
  • Work with auditors to facilitate reviews or audits, as necessary.
  1. Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support operational strategies.
  • Present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Support decision-making processes by evaluating costs, risks, and financial feasibility of business initiatives.
  1. Process Improvement and Tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and leverage technology for efficiency.
  • Use advanced Excel skills or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting, public accounting
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
  • Understanding of accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
