Join to apply for the Sr. CrowdStrike Engineer (Endpoint Security) role at Charles Schwab Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Your opportunity The Senior CrowdStrike Engineer supports endpoint security technologies, threat monitoring, and management within Schwab Cybersecurity Services. This role leads the design, engineering, and implementation of security solutions to ensure secure endpoints, requiring advanced knowledge of the risk and endpoint security landscape. What You're Good At Leading engineering efforts for endpoint security capabilities in CrowdStrike, including EDR, NG-SIEM, DLP, IDP, and Zero Trust. Implementing and adopting CrowdStrike modules while ensuring compliance with standards. Collaborating with product and project teams to understand security needs. Analyzing issues and developing resolutions to meet goals. What you have 5+ years of experience in enterprise security solutions, with at least 3 years in CrowdStrike Falcon (including various modules). Experience deploying and tuning CrowdStrike agents across enterprise OSes. Strong understanding of EDR, threat hunting, IOC/IOA, and real-time response. Experience with CrowdStrike Query Language and SIEM integrations. Automation scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash). Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, malware behaviors, and threat actor TTPs. Ability to develop enterprise metrics and architect security solutions. Preferred Technologies CrowdStrike, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, FIM, Red Team, Penetration Testing, Incident Response Qualifications Over 7 years of cybersecurity engineering experience. CrowdStrike certifications (e.g., CCFR, CCFP) preferred. Experience managing CrowdStrike environments including Data and Identity Protection, FIM, SIEM, and Fusion. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM are a plus.
