What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Python code that interacts with large language models (LLMs)
- Write, test, and iterate German prose prompts for LLMs using legal domain expertise
- Liaise with legal professionals to gather and understand project requirements
- Integrate language models into multi-step systems and assess performance
- Create LLM-driven experiences that enhance customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly proficient in written and spoken German
- Legal domain expertise, such as experience in legal practice or holding a JD
- 1-2 years of production-level experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs and SQL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using large language models through code
- Strong experience in other programming languages if Python skills are limited
