Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, you will:

1. Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

2. Utilize your expertise in LIHTC to optimize the financial performance of our projects.

3. Prepare and distribute billing proformas, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

4. Collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

5. Lead and contribute to the development of affordable housing projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

6. Participate in real estate development activities, including site acquisition, planning, and feasibility studies.

7. Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting any potential issues or delays.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, preferably with an emphasis on affordable housing.

3. Extensive knowledge of LIHTC and its application in the construction industry.

4. Proven experience in preparing and distributing billing proformas.

5. Strong understanding of the principles and practices of affordable housing development.

6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

8. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant technology.

9. Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.

10. Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a strong team player.

11. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

12. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
