What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient therapy services
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, including therapists, assistants, and volunteers
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and department efficiency while ensuring compliance
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs and new therapy initiatives
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, respond to referrals, and maintain strong patient relationships
• Ensure accurate documentation and streamline billing processes

What You Need

• Background as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical/Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Preferred: 5+ years of therapy experience with leadership in multi-disciplinary settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and operational excellence
