Recruiter - Architecture & Design Recruitment Firm | Orlando, FL

This exciting role will provide the opportunity to make a real difference with a family-oriented team and appeal to a dynamic recruiter with experience in relationship building and customer experience.

We are seeking a Recruiter, or Lead Recruiter, for our boutique recruitment firm focused on Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing Industries. This individual will be a goal-driven self-starter with excellent communication and organization skills. In this role, you will be running a full desk, working on a variety of clients, from high-end design firms to global manufacturing teams supporting the industry. Use your recruitment experience to build relationships and impact lives. Let your recruitment style shine with this excellent opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of recruitment experience
  • Client/account management experience preferred
  • Ability to run a full-cycle recruitment desk
  • Previous recruiting experience in the architecture & design industry is highly sought after but not required
  • Experience with sales reporting and exceeding sales goals
  • Interest or knowledge of the architecture and design industry
  • Passionate about people and the betterment of individuals' lives
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Experience with Bullhorn ATS and other recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiating, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to present self and the company in a professional manner
  • From time to time traveling to attend meetings and trade shows
