Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Market

Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

Job Location: New York City, NY 10013

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's/University degree
• Proven track record in strategic project management & complex solution delivery
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets structures, products, technology & environments
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle across products & asset classes
• Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience as a business analyst/project manager in Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & follow-up skills
• Experience working with Front Office, Trading & Sales, and Technology teams
• Strong understanding of regulations & compliance requirements
• Proficiency in slide creation, presentation, spreadsheet, and data analysis
• Experienced project manager with subject matter expertise for sustainable solutions

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
• Experience with Resolution Planning & wind-down protocols
• Strong project management expertise

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support Markets Transformation Initiative lead(s) in executing strategic deliverables
• Lead/participate in working groups, workshops & senior stakeholder sessions
• Gather business requirements & draft project documentation (BRDs, process flows, etc.)
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure business initiatives align with strategy
• Ensure target state tools, processes & controls are effectively socialized & approved
• Identify synergies across programs/workstreams to optimize delivery & adoption.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress & report clear statuses & next steps
• Maintain strong documentation & organization (meeting minutes, action logs, trackers, etc.)
