Key Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating change management activities for the Cybersecurity Network Defense team. Position has single point accountability and is responsible for management, or assisting management, of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure change success factors are met. The role will lead weekly planning and scheduling meetings which will also include reviewing changes to ensure they complete on time. Provide leadership, oversight management, delegation, and coordination to the various internal and external organizations. Establish and maintain communications among all project/programs stakeholders. Execute changes according to plans within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints Includes objectives, stakeholders, scope, roles and responsibilities. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: IT Project management, Cybersecurity, project planning, Scheduling Cost Controls, (PMP or CAPM). Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. 2 year degree. Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. Project related work school experience; Demonstrated working knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member. Graduation from a four-year college or university. Utility Technical Certifications Training or PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates. Demonstrated working knowledge in project related Scheduling Cost Controls. The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
