Role Overview:
📍 Location: Whitestown, Indiana,)
📅 Duration: 12 months (Potential for Extension or Hire)
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage and implement capital projects to improve manufacturing processes
🔹 Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical & electrical equipment
🔹 Enhance equipment reliability, uptime, and safety compliance
🔹 Partner with maintenance & production teams for continuous improvement
🔹 Research and recommend new manufacturing technologies
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
✔ Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC controls
✔ Strong background in SAP (3-5 years)
✔ Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment
🎯 Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
