Job Description

IntegriTech is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. This role requires people skills, multitasking, and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with team members, external contacts, and visitors, ensuring everything runs smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide general administrative support and coordinate office activities 
• Assist with basic financial tasks (ex. Managing expenses, purchase orders) 
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for visitors and guests 
• Keep documentation and records organized, including spreadsheets and general files 
• Lift and move boxes or office supplies as needed (up to 25 lbs) 
• Take on additional tasks as needed to maintain a productive, welcoming environment 

Qualifications 

• Moderate experience in common office software (ex. Outlook, Excel) 
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not required 
• Interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs 
• Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
