We’re growing our Peachtree City team and looking for a skilled Mold Maker who’s passionate about craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the repair and maintenance of precision injection molds to keep production running flawlessly.
• Disassemble, assemble, troubleshoot, and rebuild molds with expertise and efficiency.
• Work hands-on at the bench — spotting, measuring, diagnosing, and refining — to ensure every mold exceeds expectations.
• Enter dimensional changes into drawings and ensure tools are tested, inspected, and documented accurately.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to solve real-time production challenges and keep the floor moving.

🛠 What You Bring:

• 10+ years of hands-on mold making experience (benching and fitting components into mold bases).
• Proficiency working with:
• Knee mills
• Manual lathes
• Surface grinders
• Radial arm drill presses
• TIG welding (mold cavities)
• Laser welding (YAG or Flex Weld) — 2+ years preferred
• Strong understanding of tool steels and working within tight tolerances.
• CNC vertical machining center (VMC) or CMM experience? That’s a major plus!
• Ability to program with Mastercam ? Even better.
• Your own measuring tools — because true craftsmen always come prepared.
• A self-starter mentality — able to work from blueprints and verbal direction independently.
• Willingness to work off-shifts when needed and tackle production issues head-on.
