This position will be accountable for keeping inventory records and writing replenishment orders on designated weekend accounts (or other possible exceptions), maintaining data entry and transmission of written orders, while keeping open communication between District Supervisor, Account Manager, Store Management and store personnel.ResponsibilitiesMaintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards.Maintain clean and organized backroom and manage trade breakage in assigned accounts.Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.Maintain professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers.Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale Advertising as appropriate for account.Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products in designated accounts.May train new or existing merchandisers on standard merchandising activities and procedures (primary training responsibilities are to be provided by District Supervisor).Help determine stores' product needs and support maintenance of inventory levels, will place and transmit appropriate orders on weekends or other specific exceptions.Point of contact for merchandisers while in the trade in the absence of a District Supervisor.QualificationsHigh School - GED or Diploma preferred.2-4 years of general work experience; to include but not limited to, communication skills, selling techniques, teamwork, ability to follow an ordering methodology, math skills, and business judgment skills.Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.Experience working with minimal supervision.3-5 years of DSD Merchandising preferred.Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines, pallet jack certification as required.Lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and merchandising.Additional QualificationsStrong attention to detail and follow-up skills.Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.Ability to use and understand mobile applications.Additional InformationLiberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages
