Job Description The Manager of Global Corporate Communications plays a pivotal role in managing and executing internal and external communication workstreams in support of Visa’s Legal, Ethics and Compliance organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience crafting compelling narratives that resonate with internal and external audiences and drive meaningful stakeholder engagement. This individual is expected to: Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage key internal and external audiences through internal, media, digital and social channels. Participate in the development of compelling stories that showcase Visa’s leadership in areas related to legal, ethics and compliance and data privacy. Bring experience in storytelling across digital and social channels, including content planning and development, execution and reporting. Write and edit messaging frameworks, leadership talking points, organizational announcements, briefing materials, internal and external social content, and other external and internal communications materials. Oversee and manage communications projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met. Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and strategies, as well as balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. Leverage data and insights to plan, measure and optimize the impact of communication strategies. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
