Taylor Management is excited to invite applications for the roles of Lifestyle Director and property manager. This position is 3 days a week dedicated to property management and 2 days a week dedicated to lifestyle. As a Lifestyle Director, you will play a key role in enhancing the community's quality of life by organizing and managing a variety of social activities and programs. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with residents, assessing their interests, and coordinating events that foster community spirit and connection.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Customer service-oriented and approachable
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in community engagement or event planning is a plus
• Previous residential property management.
