What You Need, What You Will Do, and What We Have to Offer:
Education and Experience:
- A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling is required
- Must be fully licensed in the State of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience in using an electronic health record also preferred
Essential Job Functions Include: We are currently seeking an individual that feels comfortable and confident delivering
in person and telehealth therapy services to Adults and Youth in Putnam County . Depending on the population you are trained to provide services to you may complete diagnostic assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing individual, family, and group therapy.
