Job Description

Our client is a premier education provider and seeks an Administrative Associate to join their prestigious institution.

The Administrative Associate will support faculty in academic and research initiatives. This role involves managing various administrative and research duties, requiring strong research, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently. The position involves collaboration with various departments and external partners to advance programmatic and academic goals.

Position has a 3 in office and 2 remote hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

Act on behalf of supervisors to prioritize tasks and resolve administrative issues.

Oversee event planning, including vendor coordination, material production, logistics, and budget management.

Conduct research on articles, case law, and presentations, and prepare documents for classes and events.

Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and serve as liaison to corporations, law firms, and government officials.

Supervise student workers, handle financial transactions, and create complex reports and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and research or administrative experience in a corporate or academic setting strongly preferred.

4+ years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Strong MS Office and Outlook skills, with proficiency in advanced formatting and complex mathematical functions in Word and Excel.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Up to 80K. May be flexible depending on experience. Amazing benefit package.
