Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.

Duties:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead and motivate staff through effective training, shift management, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in customer service practices with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and budgeting techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in banquet planning and execution is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of kitchen operations and food service dynamics.
