Job Title: Event Assistant

Reports To: Event Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, guest management, and on-site support to ensure seamless event operations.

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate functions, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
• Manage event materials, signage, and promotional items.
• Support the creation of event schedules, run-of-show documents, and checklists.
• Assist with guest registration, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements.
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Handle communication with attendees, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense reports related to event planning.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
