Entry Level Sales Associate - Recreational Vehicles

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to learn the ins and outs of sales.

You need a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people and a knack for paying attention to even the smallest details.

Job Responsibilities

Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to RV delivery)
Present and demonstrate RV inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification

Requirements

To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends.

We offer a lucrative compensation plan based on your efforts and talent:
Performance based pay plans. Successful full-time candidates typically earn $75,000-$100,000 annually.
