Roles& Responsibilities - Hands-on co-ordinationand execution of digital marketing programs. This includes ownership of thebuild and deployment of various marketing programs including validation andtesting.
- Coordinate with variousteams including design, editorial and client to create a cohesive marketingcalendar.
- Ability to perform andsupport all marketing campaign efforts including segmentation, HTMLproduction/testing and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns acrossemail.
- Work with other teams(agencies & data) to maximize available resources for successful outcomes.
- Report ongoing progressand timely updates about the projects.
- Understands and appliesall technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM integration. Communicateissues and technical roadblocks effectively
- Be knowledgeable ondigital marketing best practices, technologies and trends. CAN-SPAM bestpractices and GDPR compliance is followed.
- Analyse and informinternal testing results and industry best practices. Integrate learning toensure optimal results, improved deliverability, and compliance aroundpermission-based marketing
- Ensure planned campaigndeliverability, targeting high inbox success rate for all campaigns.
- Leverage campaigndevelopment best practices to optimize campaign performance, includingtechniques like A/B or multivariate testing, personalization, and segmentation
- Work with engineeringpartners to understand and establish new data requirements, and rationalize thecampaign roadmap accordingly

SalaryRange: $67,100-$120,000 a year
