*What You’ll Do:*
* Manage and grow therapy services while providing hands-on patient care.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing rehab team.
* Oversee department operations, staffing, and compliance.
* Build relationships with hospital staff, patients, and the local community.

*What You Bring:*
* *Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)*
* *Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy*
* *5+ years of experience preferred*, including leadership roles.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
