Data Entry Manager Location Twin Falls, ID :

Overview Join the Heart of Homestyle Direct

Are you passionate about accuracy, organization, and supporting a team behind the scenes? Homestyle Direct's Data Entry Department is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Manager to lead our data entry team. In this role, you'll coach and guide team members while ensuring that vital information is processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and procedures.

At Homestyle Direct, we're growing and evolving—but one thing remains constant: our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations. While our members are at the center of what we do, our Data Entry team ensures the foundation is solid and the details are right—every time.

The Data Entry Department plays a crucial role in the success of our company. We are committed to developing local talent and building collaborative teams that value precision, problem-solving, and consistency. If you're someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, grow your leadership and technical skills, and thrive in a supportive environment where accuracy matters and teamwork is celebrated, this is the place for you.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Entry Manager to lead our data entry team. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all data management activities and collaborates closely with the New Member Services Manager to support seamless onboarding and recordkeeping.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the data entry team to achieve departmental KPIs and quality standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day data entry operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all platforms.
  • Uphold and continuously improve data integrity and quality control practices.
  • Develop, document, and implement standardized workflows and best practices for data management.
  • Collaborate with the New Member Services team to ensure an accurate, real-time recording of member information.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, providing detailed root cause analyses and corrective actions.
  • Deliver regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations to the data entry team.
  • Produce and analyze routine data reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging technologies to enhance data entry efficiency.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing data entry, administrative, or operations teams.
  • Strong proficiency with data management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in developing SOPs and driving quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborative approach with proven ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.

Manager Key Drivers

1. Clear Goal Setting and Alignment

  • Defines clear, measurable team goals that align with company priorities.
  • Communicates expectations consistently so every team member knows how their work ties to the bigger mission.
  • Break down big goals into achievable steps, creating a sense of progress and momentum.

2. Proactive Support and Coaching

  • Regularly checks in with team members — not just about performance, but about challenges, workload, and morale.
  • Provides hands-on coaching and mentorship, helping employees improve skills, confidence, and results.
  • Anticipates obstacles and helps remove them early, whether that's staffing gaps, technology issues, or unclear workflows.

3. Ownership and Accountability

  • Creates a culture of ownership, where team members feel responsible for their performance and understand their impact.
  • Recognizes and rewards team and individual achievements tied to goals.
  • Handles accountability with empathy — addressing issues swiftly but constructively, encouraging learning and growth.

4. Consistency and Fairness

  • Apply standards, feedback, and rewards consistently across the team.
  • Make decisions based on fairness and transparency, building trust and team morale.

5. Strong Collaboration Across Departments

  • Works closely with related teams (like customer service, operations, or IT) to streamline workflows and align initiatives.
  • Ensure data handoffs (like new member info) are smooth, minimizing errors and confusion.

6. Communication and Listening

  • Keeps the team informed about changes, goals, and results.
  • Listens to feedback from the team and is open to adjusting approaches to better meet goals or solve problems.
  • Builds an open-door environment where issues can be raised early, not after they become major problems.

7. Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Tracks performance metrics (KPIs) regularly and uses that data to drive decisions and prioritize team efforts.
  • Encourages team members to understand their own numbers and own their role in achieving team goals.

8. Emotional Intelligence and Empathy
