Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with senior HR management, collaborating with department managers, project and program leads on a regular basis proactively to identify future hiring needs, while attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals . Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline .At IBEX, the Human Resources Department is centered on learning what are our people's needs and addressing them. We are looking for a qualified and resourceful Recruiter to support our human resources team ensuring efficient operations. Appearance: All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work.
