Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to support the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) . This critical role will assist in ensuring that plans are aligned with international standards and that the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in modernizing and testing business continuity plans to achieve compliance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the maintenance and execution of the BCMS in line with international business continuity standards (ISO 22301, ISO 22313).
• Assist in risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities that could disrupt operations.
• Develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans.
• Organize and manage BC Plan testing and exercises; record and analyze outcomes to improve continuity measures.
• Provide support and guidance to teams, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage documentation, including training materials, incident reports, and exercise results.
• Act as a subject matter expert on business continuity, advising and mentoring teams.

Qualifications :

• Certification or formal training in Business Continuity Management .
• 3+ years of experience with BCMS implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity, risk management, and crisis management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-stakes situations.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and communicate complex topics clearly.
