Infosys is seeking an Azure & Databricks Developer. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code for modules, lead validation for all testing types, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education. At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 1 year of experience with Big Data Spark, Pyspark, Python, and SQL on AWS. Applicants authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in technology development, solution building, and leading independent projects. At least 1 year of experience with Spark and Pyspark. Hands-on technologist capable of quickly learning and adapting to new technologies and driving solution implementation. Experience with Snowflake and ETL tools. Ability to plan and lead Joint Application Design sessions and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Experience with test-driven development and DevOps/CICD practices. Experience working within Agile SDLC models (e.g., Scrum, SAFE). Desire and experience working in a global delivery environment. Experience providing advanced technology advisory services. The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary.
