We currently have a great opportunity for an Automotive Title Clerk at our Agency located in West Palm Beach, FL. This location offers a great working environment, and great pay.
Responsibilities and Duties may include some or all of the below:
- Processing Wholesale title work.
- Processing Dealer Trade Title Work.
- Processing Retail Title Work.
- Processing out of state and exports.
- Tag Transfers

Knowledge of Automotive Title work is preferred.
Experience with Automotive tag work is preferred.
Any Tag Agency experience is a plus
Knowledge of DMV Software - such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec.
FRIVIS and or Orion experience is a plus

Previous experience in financial services, particularly in roles with relatable processing experience is preferred. Roles such as:
- Familiarity with title examination processes, including contract analysis and underwriting practices.

-Knowledge of transactions / paperwork processing
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to pass criminal background check

This is a Full-Time position.
Pay – Hourly pay will be based on experience and knowledge.
